Our plan of attack at Disney today was to head straight to Fantasyland to hit all the little kid rides.
We rode Dumbo first, and even Pierce got to enjoy the ride!
After a few rides in Fantasyland, it started getting busy, so we went to the California Adventure theme park.
The girls took turns riding bumper cars with Daddy.
Daddy saved the twirling ride for Mommy - his stomach can't handle the spins.
We ended the day at the Playhouse Disney show, which was very entertaining!

We were all dressed up for a birthday party, so we got a good shot of everyone before the festivities!

Pierce is "posing" again - mouth wide open!
Gepetto was the last character we saw before heading to the California Adventure theme park.
The Monster Inc ride was great, we will see the rest of the park next time we go!

The "Pacifier Fairy" finally came to our house...whew!! Rowan only used them at night to fall asleep, and we were dreading this day, but it all went better than we could have expected! She was very excited about the new goodies she got.

Since we have only been to Disney World, we noticed some differences at Disneyland...one of the most obvious being how tiny the castle was!
It took us a little longer than we expected to get our passes and get our photos taken, so one of our first stops was for lunch.
Pierce is now posing for the camera...how funny is his smile!
The teacups is a Disney classic. Doesn't Gavin look manly in a pink teacup?
We ventured into Mickey's house and explored around!

The day ended on a sour note...our last ride was a bit bumpy. We asked before we got on if babies could ride on it, and they said yes. Once we were going, it was abundantly clear that babies SHOULD NOT ride this ride...it twisted and turned, and there were loud noises and lots of flashing lights. Luckily Pierce is a trooper and as his usual self, went with the flow.
We feel like we hardly got started at the Magic Kingdom, so we are looking forward to using our passes and exploring the other parks too!
